Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Albrox ("the Service"), operated by Albrox ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Albrox is an AI-powered building concept platform that allows users to:

• Generate AI building concepts, floor plans, and home design variations from plain-language descriptions
• Receive cost estimates and energy performance scoring for generated concepts
• Export concepts as PDF briefs, DWG, IFC, or other supported formats
• Compare multiple design variations against site, zoning, and budget constraints

Important: All concepts, floor plans, and outputs generated by Albrox are AI-generated concept documents only. They are not architectural drawings, engineering documents, or approved construction plans. You must engage a licensed architect or structural engineer before commencing any construction work.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Albrox offers paid subscription plans starting from $25 per month. Current plans include:

• Starter ($25/month): Limited concepts per month, zoning check, PDF export, email support
• Studio ($149/month): Unlimited concepts, full cost and energy scoring, DWG/IFC/Revit export, 9 variants per prompt, priority generation
• Practice (Custom): Everything in Studio plus custom code datasets, API and BIM pipeline hooks, SSO, audit logs, and dedicated support

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

5. Output Ownership and Licence

Your Inputs: You retain ownership of any site data, requirements, and content you provide to the Service.

Generated Outputs: Subject to your active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use, export, and share concepts generated by Brox for your own personal or commercial building projects.

Our Platform: Albrox, the Brox AI engine, and all platform content, features, and functionality remain the intellectual property of Albrox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent site or project information
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform without authorisation
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without a written agreement from Albrox
• Use outputs as final approved construction documents without professional review
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. No Construction Guarantee

Albrox makes no representations or warranties that any generated concept will receive planning approval, meet local building codes, or be structurally feasible as presented. Zoning data is sourced from third-party datasets and may not reflect the most current regulations. Always verify zoning compliance and structural requirements with a licensed professional before proceeding.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALBROX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
